Please follow the instructions below to reserve the clubhouse for your private event or neighborhood group. 

 

1. Check the Calendar

 

To reserve the Marsh Oaks Clubhouse for a private event or a neighborhood group (book club, children's music group, etc.) you can first check the community calendar for availability. The calendar can be accessed on the Premier Management website.

 

Login to your account---> Community Info---> Calendar

 

 

 

2. Fill Out & Submit Rental Form

 

Next residents must complete the appropriate rental form. Rental Forms can be found here: 

 

Private Rental: Form

 

Small Group Rental: Form

 

 

Forms should then be sent to : Reservations@premiermanagementnc.com 

 

 

3. Pay the Rental Fee

 

The rental fee of $175 will be added to your account and paid through the homeowner's portal like assessments.  The $250 refundable deposit will be temporarily posted to the account but deleted after the event providing there is no damage reported.
