Reserving the Clubhouse
 
 
 
1. To reserve the Marsh Oaks Clubhouse for a private event or a neighborhood group (book club, children's music group, etc.) you must first login to your CAMs portal account by clicking here: https://portal.camsmgt.com/ 
 
 
 
 
2. You then click the "Submit a New Request" button on your account dashboard page. 
 
 
 
 
3. On the Submit a Request Page you should do the following: 
 
a. Include your address (this may auto-populate).
b. Select "Amenity / Access Request" from the types of requests dropdown menu. 
c. Write "Clubhouse Reservation" in the subject line. 
d. Describe your event.
e. Where is says "Select Files" you will select from your hard drive a completed contract which can be found here: Contract for Private Clubhouse Rental or Contract for Neighborhood Group Rental (book club etc). You then submit the form. 
 
 
After completing this process you will receive an email back from CAMs. Your reservation will be confirmed and payment ($175.00) and deposit ($250.00) will be requested.
